Package/1 night weekend stays - Many B & Bs do
not take 1 night bookings at weekends which we appreciate
can sometimes be a problem. Therefore, (subject to availability)
at an additional cost of £20 to the normal room rate
we offer a 1 night package that enables you to check in early,
between 11.30am-12.30pm, giving you the chance to change and
freshen up after your journey. Refreshments will be served
on arrival (if you have time!) and a taxi booked at your request
(cost not included).

During
bank holiday
weekends and throughout the months of April to October, we are usually
unable to take pre-booked weekend bookings of less than
2 and sometimes 3 nights (depending on bookings). Unless
booked as our special wedding package above.
Also,
pre- booked single occupancy of double rooms during July - September
will be charged at double room rate, but then becomes subject to
the same discount for multiple nights as double occupancy
(see above) .
We
are unable to accept credit or debit cards.
Payment is by cheque (made payable to Sue Downton) with
a bankers card, or cash.

Bookings are
not confirmed until the deposit is received.
A 50% non
refundable deposit is required to confirm 1 night bookings
and
100% of 1st night payable as non refundable deposit
for bookings of more than one night.
Outstanding amounts payable on arrival.
Non arrivals
or cancellations with less than 1 weeks notice will be subject to
the full cost of the stay, unless the room is rebooked.
