Within the house we have The Blue Room, which is a lovely light twin/double bedroom (superking bed) with en-suite shower room, digital TV, hospitality tray and hairdryer. Free Wifi access for your own laptop is available in this room.

Set in our pretty garden we have two rooms in a separate annex. Firstly we have our beautiful newly refurbished two roomed Garden Suite. This is ideal for couples who would like more privacy and space, for those who prefer ground floor accommodation for easy access or for families (parents be warned, there is a pond in the garden!). It has a double bedroom with en-suite, and adjoining sitting room with a high quality double sofa bed, which if needed as a bed, has a luxury memory foam mattress. The Suite has a flat screen digital TV, hospitality tray and hairdryer. Outside your room is a table and chairs for your use after returning from your day out. This suite provides comfort and space - both inside and out - to help make a longer stay more enjoyable and relaxing.

Also available, attached to the Garden Suite, is The Lily Pad, our large single or small double en-suite room. This again is ideal for anyone prefering privacy or ground floor accommodation (although there are a couple of steps into the room). It has a good size en-suite with a large double shower. It also has a double bed, flat screen TV, hospitality tray and hairdryer.Wifi access for your own laptop is also available in this room.Although we've called it a small double, this isn't because of the size of the room, but due to the fact that access to one side of the bed is limited. It should be noted that this room is unsuitable for anyone over 6'4" due to the ceiling height! Outside are a table and chairs for your use.

All our rooms are tastefully decorated, and have high quality beds, bed linen and towels to ensure a comfortable stay.

Your room will be ready for your arrival from 4pm and we kindly ask that your room is vacated by 10.30am.

When you return from your day out you are welcome to relax in the pretty garden. Garden furniture is provided.
